HASS
Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS)
Through HASS, students develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their community, and the wider world.
They explore themes such as time, change, place, environment, culture, and society, building the knowledge and skills to think critically and act responsibly.
Students learn about history, geography, and civics, including Australia’s place in the world and its rich connection to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives.
They also engage with environmental issues and sustainable practices, developing an awareness of how their actions can shape a better future for all.
